Calling all artist/Divaz! We’re making preparations and accepting applications for the Oak Cliff Art Divaz Spring Retail Therapy Event Pearl at Commerce in Downtown Dallas Saturday April 17, 2010 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Booth Size 10’ x 6’ This is a JURIED event ALL MEDIA WELCOME Handmade goods ONLY Get your application at info@caprichostudio1.com Please forward 3 JPEGS of your work (or web address) along with the application form for review. Applications with no means of reviewing work will not be considered. Vendors are selected with the intention of limiting repetition of similar media and goods. Instructions will be given for payment after acceptance into show. Application deadline is December 31, 2009 Artist notification by January 5, 2010 Fee is $100 by January 15, 2010 Deadline for show fee is 11:59 p.m. January 15, 2010 Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2009. Accepted vendors will receive a notice of acceptance and information for payment after acceptance into the show. PayPal is the ONLY accepted means of payment. PayPal provides a receipt. Absolutely NO cash or checks will be accepted. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status by January 5, 2010. Vendors will then have until 11:59 p.m. January 15, 2010 to submit their booth fee. If fee is not submitted by that time, vendor will forfeit the reserved booth space and it will be offered to the next vendor on the waiting list.
