- How soon will I get my order?
Your order is processed as soon as it is received, and you will be contacted via email as soon as your
order has been shipped. We ship Monday through Friday, and orders are processed as quickly as
possible. We do not guarantee nor estimate the shipping time of orders.
- Do you do commissions?
Yes, we do commissions! Contact info@caprichostudio1.com with your ideas and special requests!
- Do you do alterations on jewelry? I don't have pierced ears.
Yes, for a nominal fee and depending upon the extent of alteration. Pierced earrings can be converted to
clip-ons for a small fee depending upon the design. If conversion amounts to a redesign, then a
commission is suggested. Contact info@caprichostudio1.com with your requests.
