About Beth Ritter-Perry Artist, Designer and Outfitter for The Contemporary Proverbs 30 ONE Woman |
| Caprichos Studio was launched in San Diego CA in 1994. The word caprichos means “keepsakes” in Spanish, and the concept was developed over the years from the creation of simple jewelry pieces to the evolution of the new urban cross-cultural lifestyle brand Proverbs 30 ONE Woman art-to-wear and home embellishments. Caprichos Studio was built on the concept of life and art being on a continuum- with the purpose of both being to serve and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. It’s a space of self-expression for believers (and the world-at-large) who not only live outside the box of tradition, but never really considered it as a serious option anyway. So what’s the Caprichos Studio vibe? It’s an aesthetic adventure- a visual feast integrating color, texture, patterns and a fusion of the artifacts of African, Asian and other world cultures. It’s art with substance and a story, imagery that captivates and uplifts. Through the work, I want my audience to appreciate God’s infinite creativity, imagination and love. It’s an expression of unique and diverse beauty, conveyed with boldness and confidence. Hey, that sounds like YOU! |
